Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumo.

We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process (direct shipment from our global suppliers), we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopy89.14@gmail.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.
    We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at your own expense.

  • Contact us before returning anything.
    ⚠️ Please note: Due to our international fulfillment method, we do not cover return shipping costs, and refunds will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Refused deliveries or unclaimed packages


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your payment provider or bank first, then reach out to us.
